The full job — old coatings sanded off, boards levelled, then two or three coats of your chosen finish. Dust-extracted machines and masked-off adjoining rooms keep the mess down.

Splits, gaps and missing boards repaired, protruding nails punched, splinters smoothed. Many of the Shore's older villas and bungalows still have their original native boards — kauri, rimu, matai — and they are worth keeping.
Staining & Colour Change
Recolour the timber to suit the room, from deep walnut through to pale modern tones, then lock the colour in with a protective coat.
Maintenance Recoats
If the coating is worn but the boards are sound, a recoat brings the sheen back at a lower cost than a full resand.
